Who we are
Netcosm is a product of TOCLOCO Ltd, registered in England & Wales under company number09950859, which is the data controller for information collected through this site. Contact us at info@tocloco.com.
What we collect
- Information you submit through the demo request form: name, work email, organisation, role, organisation type, the capabilities you are interested in, and anything you write in the message.
- If, and only if, you allow it: anonymous analytics about how the site is used.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics, and only with your permission. Until you choose "Accept all", the Google Analytics script is never requested, no connection to Google is made, and no analytics cookies are set.
Where you do allow it, Google Analytics records the pages you view, how you arrived, approximate location derived from your IP address, and details of your device and browser. It writes the cookies listed in thecookie policy. Google acts as our processor for this, and it is a US company, so allowing analytics means data about your visit is transferred to the United States.
You can withdraw permission at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer. Doing so stops collection and clears the analytics cookies from your browser.
Our fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third party, so rendering a page does not disclose your visit to anyone else.
Why we collect it
To arrange the demo you asked for and respond to your enquiry, and to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Where it is held
Demo requests are delivered to us by email through infrastructure in the UK (AWS London region) and held in our UK mailboxes. Analytics data, where you allow it, is processed by Google as described above.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to deal with them and for our records afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@tocloco.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
